Begin your meal with our unique Salad, a mix of fresh salad greens and local ulam-ulaman (herbs), topped with our house-made ricotta cheese. Enjoy the creamy richness of our Hummus or the smoky flavors of Baba Ganoush, both paired with our signature Shakshouka, a flavorful tomato-based dish served with sourdough bread from local artisans. These starters provide the perfect balance of Mediterranean authenticity and Malaysian innovation.


Main Dishes: Fusion of Mediterranean and Malaysian Flavors



Our main dishes take the fusion of flavors to the next level. The Lamb Shank in Arrabbiata Sauce is a showstopper—tender lamb slow-cooked in a spicy tomato sauce, served with Baba Ganoush, pickled pomegranate, onions, and charred kale.
