INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT

Helping in the preparation of dishes, kitchen activities and learning how to present dishes.

Full Time

Tasks:

  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

  • Assisting Chef.

  • Assisting in the food preparation process.

  • Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.

  • Preparing ingredients.

  • Helping with deliveries and restocking.

  • Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations.

  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

What we offer:

  • Basic based on experience. 

  • Off Day Friday

  • EPF/ SOCSO

  • Staff Meal 

  • Medical claim up to RM 600/ year

  • Uniform

  • Hostel (If needed)

Bartender (Non-Alcohol)

Full Time

Tasks:

  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

  • Preparing, mixing, garnishing and serving non-alcoholic drinks in the restaurant.

  • Crafting mocktail menus.

  • Clean all bar surfaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

  • Take bar inventory and place reorders.

  • Contributing to maintaining food safety standards.

What we offer:

  • Basic based on experience. 

  • Off Day Friday

  • EPF/ SOCSO

  • Staff Meal 

  • Medical claim up to RM 600/ year

  • Uniform

  • Hostel (If needed)

Service Crew (Front House)

Full Time. Basic RM 58/ Day, not including OT

Tasks:

  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

  • Presenting menu/ takes orders and answers questions on meal items / makes recommendations / clearing tables

  • Serves food/beverages to customers

  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of front house.

  • Provide counter/take-away service.

  • Contributing to maintaining food safety standards.

What we offer:

  • Basic RM 58/ Day, not including OT

  • Off Day Friday

  • EPF/ SOCSO

  • Staff Meal 

  • Medical claim up to RM 600/ year

  • Uniform

  • Hostel (If needed)

Internship Placement

Part Time/ Full time internship training. RM600/ Month
