Full Time

Tasks:

  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

  • Prepare, assemble & plate all desserts (cakes, cold/iced desserts).

  • Prepare and serve beverages (hot drinks, cold drinks, specialty drinks)

  • Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation & taste according to recipes/standards.

  • Manage stock of dessert & beverage ingredients (fruits, syrups, dairy, ice, garnishes)

  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure freshness of perishable items.

  • Request replenishment of supplies from Chef.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dessert & drink station.

Internship Placement

Part Time/ Full time internship training.

Front House

Full Time. 

Tasks:

  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

  • Presenting menu/ takes orders and answers questions on meal items / makes recommendations / clearing tables

  • Serves food/beverages to customers

  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of front house.

  • Provide counter/take-away service.

  • Contributing to maintaining food safety standards.
