Simple. 15 minutes cook for 2.
What you need:
Galanggal's Harissa Sauce
6 pcs sausages
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 large onion
1/2 capsicum
Some mushroom
1 ripe tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato puree
Chilli flakes (optional)
Steps:
6 pcs of sausages (any flavour, we used chicken), defrost and pan fry with a little oil slightly. Put a side.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic, half a large onion, half of capsicum, some mushrooms and 1 medium ripe tomato.
In a pan, saute chopped garlic and onion, till fragrant.
Add chopped capsicum, mushrooms and tomatoes. Season with some black pepper and chilli flakes (optional). Cook till tender.
Add 2 tbsp of tomato purée, 2 tbsp of harissa sauce and half a cup of water. Let it simmer.
Place the sausages in the sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste and sprinkle with some spring onions once done.
Enjoy!
Note: You can also poached eggs in the sauce 😄
